🚨 We’re Hiring – Quality Assurance Manager 🚨
Amber Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA/QC operations and ensure uncompromised quality in rubber product manufacturing.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop & maintain ISO 9001 / IATF systems & documentation
✔️ Approve raw materials, monitor in-process quality & release finished goods
✔️ Oversee testing (Rheometer, Mooney, Tensile, Hardness, Compression, Leak Tests)
✔️ Handle customer complaints, audits & root cause analysis (5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
✔️ Minimize rejections & ensure first-time-right production
✔️ Lead QA/QC inspectors & train teams on quality standards
✔️ Ensure compliance (RoHS, REACH, FDA) & support certifications
✔️ Drive continuous improvement with Kaizen, Six Sigma & Lean
🎓 Requirements:
📌 B.Tech / B.Sc. in Rubber Tech, Polymer Science, Mechanical or Production Engg.
📌 8–12 years QA/QC experience (preferably in rubber manufacturing)
📌 Strong technical & leadership skills
