Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Chennai. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the overall quality of all products. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing quality control procedures, inspecting and testing products, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Compliance
• Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, and Attention to Detail
• Ability to develop and implement quality control procedures
• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of quality management software
• Experience in the garment industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field
