About the Role

Quality Assurance Executive - Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls to

  ensure quality standards

  are met.

• Provide feedback

  to sales teams on communication, compliance, and customer engagement.
• Identify gaps in sales conversations and recommend improvements.

• Maintain audit reports

  and track recurring issues or deviations.
• Work closely with sales managers to i

  mplement corrective actions

  and training needs.
• Ensure

  adherence to SEBI/regulatory guidelines

  in customer interactions.
• Contribute to

  developing scripts, checklists, and training material

  to improve sales effectiveness.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

  (mandatory)

• 3+ years

  of experience in

  Quality Assurance, Sales Audit, or Call Quality Monitoring

  (preferably in BFSI/fintech).
• Strong understanding of

  Sales processes and Compliance in Financial Services

  .
• Excellent listening, communication, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience in

  Fintech Sales or Mutual Funds Distribution

  .

• Familiarity with CRM

  and call monitoring tools.
• Exposure to customer experience improvement projects.
