Job Description

  • A Quality Assurance (QA) Executive oversees and implements quality control processes to ensure products and services meet company and industry standards, involving tasks such as conducting audits, analyzing performance metrics, investigating issues, collaborating with teams, and providing training to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Develop and implement new quality control processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Audits & Compliance: Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to industry standards and internal regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track quality performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, product defects, and non-conformance issues to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as product development, operations, and engineering, to integrate quality considerations into product lifecycles.
  • Training & Development: Train and educate employees on quality assurance principles, best practices, and company standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, audit findings, and quality reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement strategies for continuous improvement of processes and systems.
  • Supplier Management: Participate in supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong capability to investigate and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate with various teams.
  • Leadership: May require leadership skills to guide a team and advocate for quality within the organization.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to new processes.

Pay: ₹229,437.29 - ₹1,098,508.66 per year
