Job Description

1. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) - Conduct detailed inspection of every vehicle before delivery - Ensure checklists are strictly followed for mechanical, electrical, software & cosmetic checks - Identify and report issues before delivery 2. Quality Assurance & Control - Perform root cause analysis for recurring vehicle issues - Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) - Collaborate with service teams to ensure issue resolution 3.Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate PDI records for each vehicle - Upload checklists/photos/logs into central systems - Report defects to Quality Control and Engineering teams 4. Coordination with Service & Delivery Teams - Liaise with service technicians for repairs or quality issues - Support delivery team with PDI clearance and timelines - Ensure all vehicles are ready per schedule
