Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the inspection and testing of campaigns to ensure they meet quality standards and conform to company specifications. This role involves investigating and resolving campaign quality issues, monitoring risk management procedures, and maintaining documentation and handling complaints. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, they will provide support to the quality assurance team, ensuring adherence to established systems, policies, and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee the inspection and testing of campaigns to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and deliverables.
• Monitor risk management procedures, maintain issue logs, and report concerns to managers and product developers.
• Investigate campaign quality issues and ensure resolution in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and assess the performance of email campaigns, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
• Provide training and support to the quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required skills and qualifications

• Excellent proficiency in computer applications, including expertise in managing databases.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
