Quality Assurance Executive

You will be responsible for studying and understanding the project quality and documentation requirements as per the project brief in collaboration with the project design team. Your main tasks will include preparing project and quality plans for all ongoing projects, creating a comprehensive document list based on project scope and plans, and communicating project documentation and quality requirements to all relevant departments. Your role will also involve collecting, preparing, reviewing, and approving various documents related to procurement, installation, commissioning, qualification, validation, and handover processes. You will need to ensure that all documents are accurate, approved by the project team, concerned departments, and clients, and track their availability within the project scope list. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing critical qualification and validation documents such as user requirement specifications (URS), validation master plan (VMP), impact analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), risk management, and risk analysis documents. You will also create and update standard templates for various project phases and maintain a comprehensive document history for all project-related documents. Furthermore, your role will involve verifying that all documents and drawings adhere to the submission standards outlined in the project and quality plan, including numbering, formats, signature panels, and approvals. Overall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
