Responsibilities: Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement test strategies, define objectives, scope, and schedules, and mitigate risks, with a focus on Microsoft-based solutions. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the test team, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive team environment. Test Execution and Oversight: Oversee test plans, ensure efficient execution, track defects, and provide status reports. Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce QA processes, improve testing methodologies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate results and risks, and facilitate meetings. Test Automation: Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium with C#, MSTest, and Azure DevOps, to improve test coverage and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
