Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview

Quality Assurance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Conduct
incoming, in-process, and final inspections
for battery packs, cells, BMS, and chargers.
Develop and implement
QA processes, SOPs, and checklists
.
Perform
testing and validation
of batteries for performance, safety, and reliability.
Coordinate with production, R&D, and design teams for
quality issue resolution
.
Maintain
QA records, reports, and audit documentation
.
Support
RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement activities
.

Skills Required

Experience in
QA/QC for batteries or electronics
.
Knowledge of
battery pack assembly, cell testing, BMS & charger validation
.
Familiarity with
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
Strong skills in
documentation, reporting, and root cause analysis
.
Immediate joining preferred
with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
