Job Title: QA Engineer (3+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality, stable, and scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong testing fundamentals, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing for functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser scenarios.
• Work on automation test suites (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and business teams to ensure smooth releases.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide test effort estimates.
• Validate API responses using Postman or similar tools.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a QA/Test Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC.
• Proficient in manual testing with exposure to automation.
• Experience with Selenium / Playwright / Cypress or similar tools (any one mandatory).
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger).
• Good understanding of SQL for data validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter).
• Knowledge of version control (Git).
• Experience in testing mobile applications.

Education

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,323.67 - ₹700,000.00 per year
