This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, communication, and market engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience in identifying potential clients, reaching out to leads, and supporting the business development team in driving growth. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct cold calling to potential prospects and maintain a lead pipeline Communicate with leads and decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn Assist in mass mailing campaigns and follow-up communications Research and identify new business opportunities and market trends Support the BD team in proposal preparation, CRM updates, and lead nurturing Schedule meetings and product demos for senior BD executives Maintain and update internal databases with prospect information Requirements: Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and email marketing tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and quick to learn Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent Preferred Qualifications: MBA students or recent graduates (Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred) Interest in B2B sales, IT services, or startup environments.
