You will play a pivotal part in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications tailored to client needs, combining functional consulting expertise with hands-on technical skills to deliver high-impact business solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional & Business Consulting Lead requirements-gathering workshops to understand client business processes, objectives, and challenges. Translate business needs into detailed functional design documents for configuration and customization. Map requirements to Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure solution adoption. Offer strategic recommendations based on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and roadmap updates. Technical Configuration & Integration Configure Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, workflows, business process flows, business rules, and security roles. Customize solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other enterprise applications via APIs, Azure services, and middleware tools. Manage data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, and import/export. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance. Project Delivery & Leadership Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and project managers to deliver quality solutions on time. Create and execute test cases for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. Contribute to pre-sales activities including solution validation, effort estimation, and client demonstrations. Mentor and coach junior team members in solution design and delivery approaches. Ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and quality requirements. Requirements Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field. Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE implementations in a techno-functional or lead consultant role. Deep knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules, & Field Service. Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) . Familiarity with integration techniques (REST APIs, DataVerse, Azure Logic Apps, middleware). Understanding of CRM security roles, workflows, and data models. Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience working with ERP Application like (BC And F&O) and its integration with other systems. Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools. Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred. Willingness to travel for client engagements if required. We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with strong expertise in JAVA & Playwright to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of automation tools, programming, and testing best practices to ensure the highest quality for our web and API products. Key Responsibilities Design and implement automated test frameworks using Playwright for UI and end-to-end testing. Develop and maintain automation scripts for REST API testing leveraging REST Assured, Postman, and related tools. Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Maven . Create, organize, and execute automated test suites for functional, regression, and integration testing. Perform backend validations through advanced SQL queries , joins, and stored procedures. Work with TestNG for test organization, data-driven testing, and parallel execution. Partner closely with developers and QA to ensure code quality, identify bugs early, and maintain project timelines.
