About the Role

Techno-Functional Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant

Hybrid Work Culture

Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional & Business Consulting

  • Lead

    requirements-gathering workshops

    to understand client business processes, objectives, and challenges.
  • Translate business needs into detailed

    functional design documents

    for configuration and customization.
  • Map requirements to Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Deliver

    end-user training

    and provide ongoing support to ensure solution adoption.
  • Offer strategic recommendations based on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and roadmap updates.

Technical Configuration & Integration

  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, workflows, business process flows, business rules, and security roles.
  • Customize solutions using

    Power Platform tools

    (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other enterprise applications via APIs, Azure services, and middleware tools.
  • Manage

    data migration

    activities including mapping, cleansing, and import/export.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance.

Project Delivery & Leadership

  • Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and project managers to deliver quality solutions on time.
  • Create and execute

    test cases

    for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Contribute to

    pre-sales activities

    including solution validation, effort estimation, and client demonstrations.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in solution design and delivery approaches.
  • Ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and quality requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience delivering

    Dynamics 365 CE implementations

    in a techno-functional or lead consultant role.
  • Deep knowledge of

    Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules, & Field Service.

  • Hands-on experience with

    Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    integration techniques

    (REST APIs, DataVerse, Azure Logic Apps, middleware).
  • Understanding of CRM security roles, workflows, and data models.
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with ERP Application like (BC And F&O) and its integration with other systems.
  • Experience working with

    Agile delivery methodologies

    and project management tools.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements if required.
