Quality Assurance Engineer

Ihre Aufgaben

• Design comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases based on system/service documentation and requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test scripts for functional testing using appropriate automation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Conduct integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Thoroughly document test cases, execution results, and testing processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance overall test coverage and address requirements.
• Create clear documentation of applications and service workflows.
• Clearly communicate defects, test outcomes, and progress through well-structured bug documentation and reporting.
• Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas in the process.
  

Ihr Profil

Required Skills:

• Ability to perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on web applications/services, with experience using defect/bug tracking systems.
• Solid understanding of the Test Life Cycle.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and skills in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Power Automate, or the Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT).
• Familiarity with Office 365 APIs, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of user role management, localization/internationalization testing, and functional/technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• ISTQB Certification (or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams.
• Exposure to working with international customers and distributed teams.
• Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging Azure DevOps for continuous testing and delivery.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in automation testing.
• 4–5 years of experience in manual testing.
