Quality Assurance Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a talented Quality and Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer) with strong expertise in Manual testing and QA & QC Documentation to join our quality assurance team. Experience in automative testing (Python driven) is preferred. The QA Engineer will report the QA and Test Lead of the Organization and be responsible for documenting, designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test strategies to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and thrives in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation: Create and maintain QA and QC documents, including test cases and testing procedures.
• Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans for the prepared test cases to ensure testing strategies are aligned with project requirements.
• Manual Testing: Perform thorough manual testing to identify functional, usability, and performance issues across various platforms and devices.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Closely monitor the progress of testing and report in scheduled durations and identify inconsistencies.
• Issue Management: Diagnose, document, report, and track issues noticed using Azure DevOps, ensuring clear communication with development teams for swift resolution.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve overall product quality.
• Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospective reviews, and sprint reviews.

Qualifications Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.
• Experience in developing, projecting, enhancing and maintaining documentation for QA, QT and Operating Manuals.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• QAQT-ISO Quality Standards Documentation certifications is preferred.
• Strong documentation skills, with experience creating and maintaining test cases and procedures.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and issue management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for bug tracking and issue management.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify unusual, extreme, or unexpected scenarios and potential issues.

Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document and communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,760.53 - ₹35,000.00 per month
