Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Location: Indore (Full-time, In-Office)

Annual CTC: ₹7 – ₹9 LPA

Role Overview:

Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the QA lifecycle across all app releases – from planning to post-release monitoring.

• Design and implement robust test plans, strategies, and processes for the Android application.

• Lead a small QA team, guide junior testers, and coordinate closely with product and engineering teams.

• Conduct in-depth manual testing to ensure app stability, performance, and user experience across Android devices.

• Identify, track, and prioritize bugs and usability issues using tools like Jira, Trello, or Google Sheets.

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

• Contribute to the development of test automation strategies (optional but preferred).

• Ensure that all features and changes are fully tested before release and meet the quality standards set by the company.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in mobile or product-based companies.

• Strong understanding of Android application behavior, testing tools, and QA processes.

• Experience in leading QA efforts or managing a QA team.

• Ability to create and execute detailed test cases and test plans independently.

• Exposure to test automation tools or frameworks is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, documentation ability, and communication.

• A mindset that prioritizes student experience and quality over everything else.
