Job Description

QC/QA Engineer – Documentation & Audit

Location: Halol GIDC, Vadodara

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor’s in Engineering (BE).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance documentation and audits.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage QC documentation and records.
  • Prepare pre-dispatch inspection (PDI) reports.
  • Maintain traceability records and evidence for quality processes.
  • Maintain ISO/IATF/quality-related records.
  • Keep track of drawings and their revision history.
  • Manage calibration activities:
  • Schedule and coordinate instrument calibration with agencies.
  • Review calibration reports for adequacy.
  • Maintain proper filing and storage of calibration records.
  • Prepare presentations for audits and quality meetings.
  • Conduct and organize training sessions for QC activities.
  • Maintain training records.

  • Nature of Work: Desk job with extensive documentation and reporting responsibilities.
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (General Shift).
