Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Software Tester with 1- 2 years experience to join our dynamic team. As a recent graduate or fresher in a related field, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through meticulous testing procedures. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify bugs, defects, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with software developers and other team members to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Document and track software defects using defect tracking tools, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) process, including requirements analysis, design, development, and deployment.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for quality and a keen interest in learning and growing in the field of software testing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with manual testing tools (e.g., Test Management tools, Defect Tracking tools).
• Knowledge of testing techniques (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing, regression testing).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., SQL).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
