Quality Assurance Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality by designing, executing, and maintaining test strategies across various platforms. You will closely collaborate with the development team to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce detailed

   test plans, test cases, and test scripts

   based on product requirements.
2. Coordinate and execute

   functional, regression, performance, and integration testing

   .
3. Design, manage, and maintain

   automated test scripts

   for high- and medium-impact scenarios.
4. Ensure

   comprehensive test coverage

   to improve product quality and reduce defects.
5. Collaborate with the

   development team

   for timely defect identification, reporting, and resolution.
6. Document QA processes, workflows, and best practices to maintain

   auditability and consistency

   .
7. Provide

   timely communication

   to stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and issues.
8. Demonstrate practical decision-making skills in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing

  (must have).

• Core Java

  – Strong coding and debugging skills.

• Automation Tools

  – Proficiency in Selenium, Postman, JMeter, Cypress, or equivalent.

• Manual Testing

  – Strong understanding of test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Experience in

  functional, regression, integration, and performance testing

  .
• Familiarity with

  test management tools

  (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
