Looking for candidates with Quality analysis experience from Banking processes Purpose - To provide support to the Unit in the delivery of the Units activities, with the overall objective of support and control of risk within the Unit/Group . To support the Unit by attending to a range of administrative activities in order to ensure that Managers/Team Leaders are facilitated in the provision of an efficient and high quality service to internal and external customer Role & responsibilities To provide specialist branch support services. To drafts routine document &/or reports To Create electronic presentations To design and produce spreadsheets TO writes simple documents To Analyse & process information and records Preferred candidate profile 4 to 6 years of experience in Banking process Solid experience of voice banking process Experience of calls monitoring and quality analysis Ability to work with fast paced high volume department. Must be well organised and ability to prioritise tasks and meet non-negotiable timelines. High level of attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to a number of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to grasp complex ideas/process changes Ability to work well with others in a team environment Excellent communication skills Proficient in MS Office suite
