Quality and Compliance Lead- Business Operations

InCruiter is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead who will ensure end-to-end quality across business operations, daily task execution, call handling, and interviewer panel performance.

A major part of this role includes reviewing mock interviews conducted by our panelists, evaluating interview quality, depth, professionalism, and adherence to InCruiter standards.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset who can enforce quality across a large operational workflow.

EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS?

1. Daily Operational Quality Checks

Audit the daily work of the operations team including task accuracy, timeline adherence, coordination quality, and SLA compliance.

Verify job allocation, panel assignment, communication logs, and workflow execution consistency.

Identify gaps proactively and drive immediate corrective actions.

2. Call & Communication Audits

Review inbound & outbound calls of the operations and support teams.

Evaluate call quality, tone, professionalism, issue-resolution ability, and adherence to scripts.

Share structured feedback and maintain quality scorecards for each team member.
3. Panel Mock Interview Reviewing (Major Responsibility)

4. Live Panel Quality Monitoring

5. SOP Enforcement & Process Improvements

6. Reporting & RCA

7. Training & Feedback

Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions for:

Operation team members, Interview panelists

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

• 4–6 years’ experience in Business Operations QA, Service Delivery QA, BPO QA, or Interview/HR Operations QA.
• Strong experience with call audits, communication audits, and operational workflow audits.
• Experience reviewing interviews, assessments, or candidate evaluations (preferred).
• Excellent listening, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to identify quality issues quickly and provide actionable feedback.
• Strong command of English communication—verbal & written.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
• Proactive, process-oriented, and capable of managing multiple audits daily.
• Exposure to SaaS-based platforms and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
