Job Description

- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes

- Provide feedback and coaching to agents to improve their performance and quality scores

- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Develop and maintain quality reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

## Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Analyst role in a BPO environment

- Strong knowledge of quality metrics and processes (e.g., FCR, CSAT, AHT)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift
