Job Title: Quality Analyst (Manual Tester)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (Manual Tester) to ensure the quality of our software applications. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining manual test cases to identify defects like logical issues, performance issues and verify that the product meets user specifications before release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and system testing.
• Identify, record, and report bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate user experience.
• Maintain test documentation and provide clear progress reports.
• Ensure product quality by verifying that all functionality works as expected.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Manual Tester or Quality Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and test case creation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in Agile environments.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (a plus).

Education and Experience:

• 2 – 3 years of experience in manual testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
