Job Description

Position: Quality Analyst – Arabic Language / Portuguese Language

Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of overall experience.
At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst (QA) in a BPO/KPO environment

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate process performance through quality checks on transactions in Spanish.
Identify errors, share constructive feedback, and work closely with the operations team to drive improvements.
Maintain quality reports and participate in internal audits as needed.
Identify training gaps and contribute to upskilling initiatives.
Analyze QA metrics and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall process quality and customer experience.
Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring multitasking and prioritization.

Candidate Profile:

Excellent command of Arabic OR Portuguese and English, written and verbal.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with a process-driven approach.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Prior QA experience in a non-voice/mapping/content moderation or similar backend process is a plus.
