💼 Role Overview

Quality Analyst

🔹 What You’ll Do

Requirements Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to review and analyze project requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear, actionable testing objectives.

Test Strategy & Planning

• Develop comprehensive

  test strategies

  and

  test plans

  aligned with project goals.
• Define

  acceptance criteria

  and success metrics.

Test Case Design & Execution

• Create detailed

  test cases and scenarios

  for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Conduct

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  with stakeholders.

Defect Management

• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like

  JIRA

  .
• Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as a bridge between QA, development, and project teams.
• Ensure clarity in requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Automation Testing (Optional)

• Build and maintain

  automated test scripts

  (e.g., Selenium) to improve coverage and efficiency.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to QA process enhancements, adoption of new tools, and industry best practices.

Change Management Support

• Work with the Change Management team to ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new systems.

🎯 What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years

  of experience in QA or Quality Analysis for application development.
• Strong knowledge of

  SDLC & STLC

  .
• Hands-on experience with tools like

  JIRA, Selenium, Postman

  (or similar).
• Basic

  SQL

  skills for data validation.
• Experience with

  Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

  methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT (QA certifications a plus).
