Roles and Responsibilities Conduct quality audits, call calibrations, and call monitoring to ensure adherence to international process standards. Utilize QC tools such as 7QC and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement. Collaborate with the team to resolve issues related to call quality and customer satisfaction. Provide constructive feedback to team members on their performance and suggest areas of improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within an International BPO environment. Strong knowledge of QC tools like 7QC, Call Quality, Call Audit, Call Calibration, Call Monitoring etc. .
