Quality Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Analyst (QA) to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, basic software knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA Engineers and cross-functional teams to develop effective test strategies and test plans.
• Execute test cases (manual and/or automated) and analyze test results.
• Evaluate product functionality and code behavior against defined specifications.
• Identify, document, and track defects by creating clear and detailed test logs.
• Report bugs and issues to development teams and assist in troubleshooting.
• Perform post-release and post-implementation testing.
• Ensure product quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven work experience in software development and/or software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Basic to solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Understanding of basic software concepts and application workflows.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Exposure to performance testing and/or security testing is a plus.
• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly explain issues and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
