Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits of sales interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements

Analyze performance data and generate reports highlighting key insights and areas for improvement

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the sales team

Analyze sales performance data, including key metrics and KPIs, to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales outcomes

Evaluate the effectiveness of sales representatives in terms of product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, and compliance with sales scripts

Required Skills:

Proven experience in sales quality audits and escalations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software
