Job Title: Quality Analyst – Sales (International Voice Process)

Experience: Minimum 1-2 Year as QA in International Voice Sales

Job Summary:We are hiring a skilled Quality Analyst to monitor and evaluate sales calls in our international voice process. The role involves assessing call quality, ensuring compliance, and providing feedback to improve agent performance and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit inbound sales calls for quality and compliance.
• Provide constructive feedback to sales agents.
• Maintain QA reports and performance dashboards.
• Identify training needs and support performance improvement.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 year of QA experience in international voice sales.
• Strong analytical, listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient with QA tools, call monitoring, and CRM systems.
• Willing to work in night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
