Purpose of the role:

Quality Analyst

01) The process is fixed Day Shift02) Perform call monitoring/auditing for the calls handled by the sales agents and share the feedback of call monitoring observations to the agents03) Monitor the agents calls for various parameters like call greeting, professionalism, communication, process knowledge etc04) Understand and gauge the communication level and professionalism level of the agent on the call while auditing05) Understand the conversation (English, Hindi or any regional language) on the call and mark the agents with relevant feedback06) Fill out the call auditing form with relevant scoring for the parameters07) Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the call audits.08) Have good knowledge of fatal and non-fatal errors09) Participate in Call Calibration sessions10) Candidate must have good communication is required in both English & Hindi along with one of the regional languages like Kannada.
