Monitor and evaluate outbound sales calls related to real estate.
Ensure adherence to sales scripts, company standards, and compliance guidelines.
Provide feedback to sales agents to improve call quality and sales performance.
Conduct regular audits and prepare reports on call quality and agent performance.
Collaborate with sales team leaders to implement improvements and strategies.
Identify trends and suggest training needs to enhance sales effectiveness.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relations.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in outbound sales or real estate.
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and compliance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
Familiarity with call monitoring systems and performance tools.
Ability to provide actionable feedback and identify areas for improvement.
