Quality Analyst

You will be responsible for learning and mastering a domain intense product to perform Functional testing & Consulting support for Manhattan Customers. Your role will involve being well-versed in various testing methodologies and having a basic knowledge of programming while being open to exploring programming further as needed. Additionally, you will need to work in a dynamic environment to provide support across multiple GEOs and have a strong analytical mindset to analyze critical functional issues in an enterprise application. - Embrace Functional and Manual Testing to enable automation - Prior exposure to supply chain management enterprise applications is advantageous - Hands-on experience in Scenario, workflow, and test case preparation is essential - Solid understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process - Well-versed in software process methodologies - Detail-oriented and quick problem-solving approach To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE, B. Tech, or foreign equivalent degree in a related technical field and have at least 4 years of experience in functional Consulting, testing, or implementing software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory as you will be communicating with teams across geos. Experience in API testing using Postman, including working with collections, environments, and automated tests, is required, and basic knowledge of Velocity script / Python is considered an added advantage. A basic understanding of microservice architecture, knowledge of SQL, familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments, and the ability to script using PERL are all advantageous. Moreover, having desired Functional and business analyst experience is a mandate for this role, and experience in Supply Chain or business integrators (such as eCom, ERP systems) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a Growth mindset are essential, along with proficiency in customer-facing experience involving designing and implementing complex solutions.
