Ensure seamless execution of legal vetting, document drafting, registrations, search reports, and MODT activities . Drive sales growth, new market expansion, and business scalability through operational strategy. Recruit, onboard, and manage freelance lawyers and paralegal teams to maintain full operational coverage. Develop frameworks for resource allocation, workload distribution, and operational efficiency . Build strong stakeholder relationships with regional teams, client branches, and advocates. Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and SLA compliance to ensure client satisfaction. Drive process improvements for speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Own and manage the P&L for the operations vertical . Provide periodic performance reports and data-driven insights to senior leadership.
