Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct call audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and policies.
  • Monitor calls to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to agents.
  • Participate in call calibration sessions to align on quality expectations and best practices.
  • Utilize QC tools such as 7QC, Root Cause Analysis, and Travel Process to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of call monitoring, call audit, call calibration, QC tools, root cause analysis, quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
