Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
Monitor and evaluate system performance and compliance with standards.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, operations) to resolve quality issues.
Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Provide feedback and training to improve team performance and product standards.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality analyst role.
