Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer, who can play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and reliability of software products and applications. Should be able to monitor all stages of software development to identify, and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. Should be able to identify even the smallest flaw in software designs and suggest simple yet effective fixes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

*The candidate should be able to define quality standards and metrics for the project.

*Make the team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries.

*Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on a timely basis.

*Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.

*Work closely on the deadlines of the project.

*Ensure the team is focusing on automation along with manual testing.

*Maintaining cordial relationships between cross functional teams like development and program management.

*Creating and defining risks, contingencies and plans.

Preferred Skills:

*Should be highly organized and detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment, with the ability to make contributions quickly and meet project milestones and demanding deadlines. Excellent documentation and organizational skills are essential.

*Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/Diploma(CS).

*Familiarity with Testing methodologies and the defect reporting process.

*Experience: 2 to 4 yrs in testing (manual/automation)

*Knowledge of programming languages (PHP, Mysql)

*Experience/Knowledge with automated testing tools like Selenium, Jmeter, Load Runner, Quality Centre etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
