Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst based in Jalandhar. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring quality standards across processes and deliverables through quality control measures, monitoring and evaluating work, and performing quality assurance activities. The role also involves analyzing data, identifying issues or areas for improvement, and ensuring that quality management methodologies are effectively implemented to maintain organizational standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management practices to ensure adherence to standards.
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and identifying areas for process improvement.
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with teams and documentation/reporting of quality outcomes.
• Attention to detail and an ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with experience in quality auditing or similar roles being beneficial.
