Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst for Inbound International Voice Process, your role will include monitoring calls to ensure quality standards are met, listening and auditing International Voice Process interactions, conducting Calibration sessions with the QA team, analyzing inbound and outbound calls, monitoring and evaluating the quality of calls, and developing and delivering briefings to advisors on Service Quality improvements. Qualifications required for this position are: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills - Excellent analytical and interpretation abilities - Willingness to work in rotational shifts Please note that the company provides the following benefits: - Sundays off and 2 alternate Saturdays off - Holidays on Indian Festivals - Mid-day and night shift options are available The salary offered for this position is 35,000 INR per month.
