Quality Analyst - International Voice Process (inbound) Night shift

You are looking for a Quality Analyst for an Inbound International Voice Process at a location in Opp. Karnavati Club, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad (onsite). The job timings are either from 3.30 p.m. to 12.30 a.m. or 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Your responsibilities will include call monitoring, listening and auditing for International Voice Process, conducting calibration sessions in sync with the QA team, analyzing inbound/outbound calls, monitoring and evaluating inbound and outbound calls, as well as developing and conducting briefings for the targeted group of advisors to address Service Quality deficiencies and improvement opportunities. The preferred candidate profile for this position requires at least 1 year of experience in the same field, good communication skills, good analytical & interpretation skills, and readiness to work in rotational shifts.
