Lead Generation Executive Outbound

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at our IT staffing company, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our business. You will be working in the UK shift from our office in Sattadhar, Ahmedabad, following a hybrid work model with office hours from 4 pm to 1 am, 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and drive sales to achieve business targets - Utilize your excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients - Utilize your minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development, or lead generation to identify new business opportunities - Apply your expertise in domestic IT staffing to cater to the specific needs of clients - Collaborate with the team to enhance business strategies and achieve collective goals Qualifications Required: - Must have excellent communication skills in English - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation - Previous experience in domestic IT staffing is a must - Graduation degree is required - Must be residing in Ahmedabad Additional Company Details: Information about the salary includes an approximate amount of 9 LPA for the Business Development Executive position.
