Quality Analyst - International Voice Process (inbound) Night shift

As a Quality Analyst for the Inbound International Voice Process, your role involves: - Monitoring calls to ensure quality standards are met - Listening and auditing International Voice Process calls - Conducting Calibration sessions with the QA team - Analyzing inbound and outbound calls - Monitoring and evaluating the quality of inbound and outbound calls - Developing and delivering briefings to advisors on Service Quality deficiencies and improvement opportunities Preferred candidate profile includes: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong Communication Skills - Excellent Analytical & Interpretation skills - Willingness to work in rotational shifts In addition, the company offers the following perks and benefits: - All Sundays off, along with 2 alternate Saturdays - Holidays for Indian Festivals - Mid-day/Night shifts availability Please note that the job location is Opp. Karnavati Club, S.G.
