Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Quality Analyst who is eager to learn and excited to build high-quality products. In this role, you’ll test new features, identify bugs, and ensure our web and mobile applications work smoothly. You’ll work closely with the product and engineering teams while growing your skills in software testing and quality assurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Write test cases for new features and functionality 
• Testing in different environments including website and mobile applications 
• Test and report issues using JIRA, an issue tracking system used by the company. 
• Work with the PM team on prioritizing the issues. 
• Write DB queries to verify data. 
• Good Experience in SDLC, STLC & Agile Testing Methodologies. 
• Experience in testing Rest APIs. 
• Work closely with the product team and designers to understand requirements. 
• Work independently with minimum guidance. 
• Execute and update Test cases assigned as per instructions and timelines. 
• Write all bugs in conformance to internal standards and product-specific requirements. 
• Identify and help implement opportunities for improvement in security, quality, and process controls.

• Strong in web fundamentals 
• Strong critical thinking - ability to identify issues and bugs.
• Excellent written communication skills - ability to describe identified issues in a clear and concise manner. 
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in product requirements and instructions. 
• Strong proficiency in the usage of standard software and tools 
• Excellent team and project management skills. 
• Should be highly passionate and self-motivated.
