QUA069_Digital Quality_Jr. Developer - Cority-India

Junior Cority developer to support the configuration, customization, and optimization of our Cority platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with EHS and IT teams to develop workflows, automate processes, integration and ensure the platform effectively supports regulatory compliance and internal EHS initiatives.
- Configure and customize the Cority platform to align with EHS program requirements. - Develop and maintain modules, forms, dashboards, and reports in Cority. - Integrate Cority with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, ERP, BI platforms). - Collaborate with stakeholders, tech leads and tech analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Support user access controls, permissions, and security settings. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Cority system. - Perform data migrations, uploads, and exports as needed. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements. - Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.

Skill Required :

'Ideal candidates should have following skills:
- 2+ years of experience working with Cority or other EHS management systems. - Proficiency in Cority configuration tools and modules including but not limited to Safety, Occ. Hygiene and Occ. Health. - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript), SQL, and API integrations. - Experience with .NET Core, .Net Framework, Entity Framework/Dapper, Web APIs and Microservices. - Experience developing database applications using relational database systems such as SQL Server. - Experience with Angular/React, HTML5, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript. - Experience with CI and CD. - Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB. - Strong understanding of EHS business processes and regulatory frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Cority certification is preferred
