QSR Area Manager

Role Description-

This is a full-time, on-site role for a QSR Area Manager based out of Mumbai, Maharashtra. The QSR Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations in different regions to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include supervising staff, managing budgets, implementing strategies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination and conducting regular performance reviews of outlet managers. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and addressing customer feedback to continuously improve service standards.

What We Are Looking For-

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in QSR chain, budgeting, inventory management system, food cost analysis
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using technology for operations management
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, or a related field
• Hindi, Marathi and English Language is must
• Willingness to travel across locations
