Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Billing Experience: 2+ years in Billing & QS Location: Mumbai Industry: Real Estate / Construction About The Role We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor with billing expertise to handle end-to-end cost management and contract administration for civil, MEP, and interior projects. The role involves preparing tenders, managing contracts, and ensuring accurate billing and cost reporting across real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare/review tenders, work orders & purchase orders Conduct tender evaluations & bidder prequalification Manage contracts, claims, and dispute resolution Create cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses Certify monthly bills of contractors/vendors Monitor project cash flow, job cost reports, and MIS Advise on contract clauses, especially under FIDIC & Indian Contract Act Assist with procurement strategy and cost database management Required Skills Strong understanding of Indian contracting systems and laws (e.g., FIDIC, Arbitration Act) Proficiency in cost estimation, billing, and project financial reporting Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills Skills: boq preparation,tender evaluation,cost management,analytical skills,cash,indian contracting systems,financial reporting,management,purchase orders,quantity surveying,documentation skills,fidic,rate analysis,arbitration,reporting,tender preparation,cash flow,claims handling,claims management,real estate,contract administration,billing,cost estimation,dispute resolution Show more Show less
