Position Overview:

QMS Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the company's

  Quality Management System

  (QMS) to meet IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other standards.
• Lead internal and external audits; coordinate customer and third-party audits.
• Ensure compliance with

  customer-specific requirements

  (CSR).
• Manage

  document control

  , process updates, and change management related to the QMS.
• Facilitate

  Management Review Meetings

  , prepare quality metrics, and drive action plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure

  corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)

  are implemented effectively.
• Promote a quality culture and

  continuous improvement

  initiatives throughout the organization.
• Train and mentor team members in QMS principles and tools (e.g., FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC).
• Liaise with customers regarding quality concerns and system-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• 4+ years of experience

  in a QMS or quality-related role within the

  automotive industry

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  IATF 16949, ISO 9001

  , and core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.).
• Certified

  internal auditor

  for IATF 16949 preferred.
• Strong understanding of

  customer-specific requirements.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and quality management software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

  Lean Manufacturing

  or

  Six Sigma

  .
• Knowledge of

  problem-solving methodologies

  (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  supplier quality management

  and development.
