QMS & Transformation Lead

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development, standardization, and rollout of QMS across global operations.
• Oversee PMO governance, ensuring strategic alignment, performance tracking, and delivery excellence across transformation initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management efforts to enhance process efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize and execute transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, GxP) and promote a strong quality culture across teams.

Profile Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality systems, operational excellence, and project/program management.
• Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and implementing QMS frameworks.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, or healthcare) preferred.

We are looking for someone with more than 15 years experience working on QMS/Transformation projects in large International Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals projects.
