Construction Manager- Mechanical/Demolition-Brownfield Project

Construction Manager

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Requires

  10+ years’ experience

  and proven

  international project exposure

  ; Self starter and able to direct local contractors.
• Oversee all site activities for

  boiler dismantling and installation

  within a live plant environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with

  confined space entry

  and

  permit-to-work

  systems.
• Coordinate with

  engineering, HSE, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams

  to meet project milestones.
• Review and approve

  method statements, risk assessments, and lifting plans

  .
• Monitor construction progress, safety, quality, and cost in line with international standards.
• Ensure compliance with

  ASME, API, and OSHA

  requirements.
• Lead cross-discipline coordination across mechanical, civil, and electrical works.
