We are currently looking for Construction Manager to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Energy Industry. Key Attributes/Responsibilities: Requires 10+ years’ experience and proven international project exposure ; Self starter and able to direct local contractors. Oversee all site activities for boiler dismantling and installation within a live plant environment. Ensure strict compliance with confined space entry and permit-to-work systems. Coordinate with engineering, HSE, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams to meet project milestones. Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and lifting plans . Monitor construction progress, safety, quality, and cost in line with international standards. Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and OSHA requirements. Lead cross-discipline coordination across mechanical, civil, and electrical works. Oversee PMO governance, ensuring strategic alignment, performance tracking, and delivery excellence across transformation initiatives. Drive continuous improvement and change management efforts to enhance process efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize and execute transformation roadmaps. Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, GxP) and promote a strong quality culture across teams. Profile Requirements: Minimum 15 years of experience in quality systems, operational excellence, and project/program management. Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and implementing QMS frameworks. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, or healthcare) preferred. Key Responsibilities: Oversee creation, revision, and control of QMS documentation (e.g., global SOPs, CMS records). Act as the primary support for LIMS operations, including user assistance, configuration updates, and data integrity management. Support the ongoing LIMS project and provide backfill coverage for the existing LIMS expert. Develop and modernize training processes—transitioning from “read & understand” approaches to video-based and interactive formats. Enhance document workflows and ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards. Utilize Viva Volt and other quality tools for document and training management. Profile Requirements: 8–12 years of experience in documentation quality, LIMS administration, or QMS coordination within regulated environments. Strong understanding of GMP, GxP, and data integrity principles. Experience with electronic documentation and training management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a global matrix setup.
