Key DeliverablesProject Quality PlanWork proceduresInspection PlansAudit PlanMonthly Quality Reporting to ClientManagement review meetings, Closure of NCR and implementationCorrective and prevention action, vendor evaluation report

Responsibilities

Prime Responsibilities

To oversee all Quality assurance and Quality control activities for the

project covering Design/ Engineering , Procurement , Construction ,
Inspection/ Testing and Commissioning phases

Responsible for advising and guiding project line management on all

Quality and verification activities and related technical matters

Responsible for Establishment , implementation, operation and

maintenance of Quality Management System for projects in accordance
with applicable standard

Responsible for Identification , allocation of quality resources and

implement Quality training for all project personnel and overseeing all
personnel understand and effectively deliver their responsibilities as perquality plan and procedures

Management of Non conformity process, Implement corrective and Preventive action & monitor its effectiveness

Shared cross-functionally

Leading Quality Audit (Internal and external) and manage multi-discipline

QA/ QC teams

Conduct Project Quality System review meeting regularly with project team

Key competencies Functional

Need to have

Should have experience in Quality Management in EPC phases of oil and gas projects
Should have experience for working with international clients in India or abroad Should be an IRCA qualified QMS Lead AuditorShould be familiar with international codes and standards used in Oil andgas industries

Nice to have

Should have ASNT Level II / III certification in NDE techniques
Should have certification (CSWIP / AWS / NACE / BGAS) in Welding and Painting inspectionExposure of exotic , non ferrous & non metallic materials
